Executive coaching for leaders and high performers
Each Sovera coach brings professional credentials and years of experience, and each one works with a specific kind of leader. You can book a coach directly, with or without a company program behind you. Choose the coach whose focus fits where you are.
One leader, one coach, and the decisions in front of you
Sovera began as research into how people experience work, from Dr. Annie Graziani's doctoral study at the University of Pennsylvania. Coaching brings that work down to one person. Sessions are confidential, and each coach brings a defined focus, so the first conversation starts from your situation instead of a generic program.
Annie Graziani, EdD, ACC: Whole-life coaching for Multidimensional Leaders
See your whole life clearly. Lead it by choice. Dr. Annie Graziani is an executive coach, researcher, and the founder and CEO of Sovera. Her 24 years span Marc Jacobs (LVMH), Tapestry, and technology transformation partners, including a COO role. Her doctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania examined the human experience of work.
WHO I WORK WITH:
Leaders with a demanding role and a full life outside it, including family, health, community, and goals of their own. Every part asks for the same hours. If you don't know where else to turn, start here.
HOW I WORK:
We start with where your time and energy actually go.
Then we decide together what matters most in this season.
You leave leading your life by choice, with real control over it.

Marie Rodriguez, MALM, ACC: Helping Lonely Leaders become fully expressed
Executive coach, leadership strategist, and Human Potential Architect. Marie Rodriguez works with accomplished leaders carrying the invisible burden of responsibility, creating space to reconnect with themselves and lead with greater clarity, capacity, and conviction. Her work rests on one belief: leaders should not have to abandon themselves to fulfill their responsibilities.
WHO I WORK WITH:
Capable, accomplished leaders everyone depends on. Leadership can turn into an invisible burden, and when everyone leans on you, there's rarely a place to set that weight down.
THE WORK WE DO:
Reconnect with yourself underneath the role.
Reclaim the clarity and capacity the job has been using up.
Close the distance between who you are and how you lead.
You do not have to carry it alone.
Elisabeth Nyang-Coleman, MS, CCC-SLP, ACC: Clarity for complex decisions
Executive coach, healthcare business consultant, and speaker. Elisabeth works with accomplished women facing career transitions, leadership challenges, and consequential decisions. Drawing on more than 23 years of professional experience, she uses The Question Beneath the Question and Stay. Redesign. Leave. to help clients examine their options and make decisions they trust.
WHO I WORK WITH:
Accomplished women at a career crossroads, in the middle of a leadership challenge, or weighing an important decision about what comes next.
MY APPROACH:
We start with the question beneath the question you bring.
We explore what is really at stake for you.
We weigh three directions: stay, redesign, or leave.
Clients are capable of making their own decisions, and they deserve a coaching relationship that respects their right to choose.
Jane Carter, MEd, LCMHC: Lead powerfully, live soulfully
Executive and leadership coach and former psychotherapist. Jane Carter believes leaders can perform at a high level without losing what makes them human. She works with highly ambitious, secretly sensitive leaders who are successful on paper but feel depleted on the inside.
WHO I WORK WITH:
Highly ambitious, secretly sensitive leaders who want to bring their aliveness and authenticity back to work.
MY APPROACH:
The insight of a therapist and the clarity of a coach.
Tools drawn from neuroscience, human behavior, emotion, and storytelling.
New ways of thinking, so you stop adding more to an already full plate.
Success doesn't have to be soul-sucking. Jane helps leaders go from running on fumes to leading with purpose again.
